Dang. It’s been almost 3 whole months since I’ve typed out a blog post. Basically the entire summer.
Like Woah.
The summer came and went like woah as well. With school being out and Daddy halfway across the world, this mama just did what I could to post updates on Insta and Facebook, but my itty bitty baby blog was neglected fo’ sho.
But I’m not here to dwell on all that because it is what it is, y’all. I’m just here to do a massive photo dump of all the things we did this summer. All the things. Even with Daddy being gone, we tried our best to make the most of it–and we did a dang good job! Checking off lots of things from our summer bucket list, and surprisingly, it flew by!

:: Much needed day date ::
….it was one for the books, that’s for sure! Lots of memories made with our closest family and friends.
But while this life of ours might not be the “norm” {whatever that is} it sure is sweet. I look forward to days when we are always together, but this season of life makes that a little more challenging. Just trying to focus on all the future holds while cherishing every day with my little crew.
