But you guys, as much as this pushes me out of my comfort zone—this is a super important part of my journey so I have to do it. Because listen, I’m not here to show some unrealistic transformation and a “ta-da!”....here’s my perfectly toned and fit body. Nah. I’m here to show all the work + milestones in between! And this is a biggie for me!

So these pics were taken just shy of 2 months apart. And here are a few things that have happened in those 2 months....

-holidays
-a lot of Christmas cookies
-21 program complete!
-45 day program halfway complete
-3 kids home with no help the last month
-plenty of stress
-several trips to chickfila
-a couple bottles of wine
-a lot of hard work + consistency
-more intuitive eating + listening to my body

Whyyyy do I share all that with you? Well because life freakin happens. And when I started this journey I fully intended for it to become a lifestyle, meaning it needed to work into mine. And that’s what I’ve done. Could my results be better? Sure. But I am more focused on living a life I love rather than skipping out on all my favorite things just to drop a few extra pounds. And honestly for just two months, I am pleasantly surprised with my results so far!

Now...am I telling you to eat Chickfila and drink wine to lose weight? Absolutely not. 🤣 but all I’m saying is you can still live your life, including enjoying those indulgences here and there, all while still working towards your fitness goals. It’s possible guys!

And that’s what I tell the girls in my accountability group. As long as you’re doing the best you can most of the time, you will see results. But you ain’t seeing nothing if you don’t start and aren’t staying consistent!

So listen, my new group kicks off in ✌🏼days. A chance to start fresh and the beginning of working towards your goals....
