The title of this post is 100% accurate. This recipe that I’m about to share with you is for a crazy good carrot cake. Y’all. This cake is bomb.com. The bomb-diggity. Bomb-a-licious. Really showing my age here….just move on with the recipe already Jamie.
Now I debated sharing this because it is NOT my recipe, but I’m all about sharing the love and when you find something good it just needs to be shared with the world! And honestly I need a quick reference to this recipe for the rest of all time because it will be made again…and again…so good.
I’ve shared about Jenny Cookies before because she holds the key to my favorite + super easy sugar cookie recipe as well. (I share that recipe here as well.) Well, news flash…she does more than cookies. She makes some insane cakes and this is just one of the many recipes she has available on her blog.
