Postpartum day 4. You kicked my literal ass. 😫 But sitting here covered in healthy babies + a belly full of food that the most generous friends have filled our fridge with + sitting in a clean house that my husband worked hard on today (annnnnd all the laundry done👏🏼👏🏼) I realize how much there is to be GRATEFUL for.

PP mama friends, if I can give just the tiniest bit of advice it’s this...take the damn help. You don’t have to do it all alone. I went that route with my first and looking back it was so dumb.

Postpartum is hard. Allow the help. Take the food. Rest. Take one day at a time. Give yourself a break. And lots + lots of grace. 🤍
