Do you workout with your SO?! We don’t always, but I always enjoy it when we do. 😍 And having a live in accountability partner is pretty awesome. Even when he’s not doing the same workout as me, he’s always supporting me + pushing me to stick to my goals. He knows how important this is to me. Husbands, if you aren’t already...get on that level and support your lady!

FIVE whole months of keeping a promise to myself. ❤️ No more looking for that quick fix. Here for the long haul. The lifestyle change, not the short term drop a few lbs and gain it right back. And this right here just goes to show that consistency is EVERYTHING.

Slow and steady is a-okay with me. FEELING GOOD is the goal. ✨ And ya girl is feeling good. 💃🏻
