Confession: I’ve been slightly obsessed with getting free money lately. Yes, I said free money. And by that I mean money that I would not otherwise have without the help of a few cashback apps that I downloaded earlier this year. There are tons out there to choose from, but I’m sharing the cashback apps that I’ve been loving with you today.
And I know it might sound a little crazy, but I’ve earned almost $80 in free money just by using these apps. And the best part, it’s taken little to no effort on my part to participate. It’s no joke, folks!

Here are the Cashback Apps that I’m Loving lately….
iBotta
I downloaded iBotta back in January and have over $50 in my account currently. Now, this one probably takes the most effort because you earn cashback based on specific items you purchase at specific retailers, but here’s the thing…all of this money I’ve earned was on items that I had already purchased.
So what I’ve gotten in the habit of doing is just double-checking the app after each purchase to Target, Aldi, Walmart, etc. and if there is an item–great! You just select it and scan your receipt. But that’s not always the case and that’s a-okay with me. I’ve still earned over $50 in free money so it’s worth it!

Drop
Drop is the easiest one of all. With Drop, you link your card and select 5 places that you shop at the most to earn points. For example, I have the following stores linked: Target, Trader Joes, Starbucks, Ulta, and Dunkin Donuts. Every time I shop at one of these places I earn Drop points that can be redeemed for gift cards to thousands of places. Currently, I’m at over 20K points so I can redeem $20 in gift cards….for simply just linking my card and forgetting about it. It’s the best!

Get Upside
For all you commuters, this is a must-have! The first time I filled up my tank I got $6 in cashback. SIX DOLLARS. Now that may not seem like a ton of money, but you times that by two tanks a week (basing off my husbands fill-up schedule) four weeks in a month–that’s 8 tanks a month and $48….for simply finding a participating gas station and scanning your receipt. It’s stupid easy and you’d be silly not to download this one.
Download Get Upside and get a $0.15 per gallon bonus!
I’d love to hear what your favorite Cashback Apps are. Let’s help each other earn some free money, y’all!
